Hi guys.. My name is Xisak.
I'm an active AOC player since it got out last year.
At that time I was getting pretty bored with WOW so the timing couldn't be better.
The first few characters, I leveled them the classical way. Wuth no system what so ever. Took about 50 days of play time.
Today, I can take a new character from level 1 to 80 in under 1 week of playing time.Translator

Cool video. Shame that what destroys all theese games for me is that the intended camera angle is always from behind…slightly up…..which is a typical shooter angle for me. Also all the games are uber hack’n'slash.

@BrutalGamerVideos From what I can tell, battle system is BARELY more complex. Hitting three extra buttons to hit something does not revolutionize gameplay for these types of games.
The effort the developers are going to to make gameplay more interactive are admirable, but I wouldn’t praise conan on that alone.

i got this game when it first came out. played it for few months, u need a good pc to run it on max. but im re-installing the game and gonna give it another shot. I hope all the bugs have been ironed out now as it almost been a year since i played. Yes Fees are anoing but u get what u pay for i suppose.

I don’t play Age of Conan anymore. I still love the game and I wish Funcom all the best. I just don’t play it anymore if that makes sense. To those of you thinking about trying it out or to those who are thinking about renewing there subscriptions, DO IT! It is a great game and you will not regret it. New expansion coming next year as well, epicness awaits you.

i agree wow is starting to die their expansions are getting gay and they ruined the lvls and everything… blizzard will prolly kick wow off the top for diablo 3 or starcraft 2 most likely

Yeah, but world of warcraft has been around so long and has so many already highly dedicated players. If AoC was to come out before WoW, WoW would’ve died off by now. Overall AoC is probably a much better game, it’s just that gamers are afraid of leaving their comfort zone since they know WoW so well.
But, WoW will eventually die off in favor of another MMO, and blizzard will just get up, dust themselves off, and make a new MMORPG.

Yes, alot of things have been fixed since the release date, this game is a great game, great graphics, and most of all great gameplay and very enjoyable..

Try to get rid of that choppy camera movement when you pan various landscapes and such. Maybe lower sensitivity when you pan? It can remove some involentary jerky movement.

Nice video! Really dig the last part where you were walking to Conan’s throne.
Background music was a good bonus too.
